Daniel went to Tom's Rivers New Jersey to practice his speed
against others who can run the 800 Meters faster than Daniel. Keep in mind, an athlete
cannot win every time they leave the starting block. Like Tiger Woods, sometimes you win and other times you get beat. What matters is that you get faster every time you run.
Next spring when I come back to Harrisburg, we
will work on his 1500 m and then work on his hurdle races for 2016.
